Hello! I'm glad you've found me, I will do my best to listen and help in whatever way I can. I am a 50 year old woman, who lives in the Northern United States. I work in a school and enjoy my job. I love spending time with people I'm close to and my pets, doing crafts, reading, and being out in nature. I made the decision to become a listener here because I have struggled with issues like alcoholism (I'm sober now for several years), depression, trauma and anxiety (including panic attacks). I'm doing much better with all these issues now. One of the things that helped me when I was in a very dark place was a website for depression support. I'm grateful to have come through all that and would like to do what I can to help others.
