Heya There. I'm Ben he/him and I'm 27 years old. I made my first member account when i was 17 years old and i was on here for only a couple weeks. Then after 9 years I'm back being a listener!! Haha! I am a beginner 7cups listener. The older I've gotten I've always enjoyed listening to people and understanding people. I've had really hard struggles with depression my whole adult life but I have been getting a lot better at managing it the older i get.
