Hey! I'm someone who believes in showing up for people and offering a safe, non-judgmental space to talk through whatever is on your mind. Life can get pretty heavy, and whether you're navigating a stressful moment, feeling a bit isolated, or just need a calm space to vent, I'm here. Outside of listening here, I spend my time running AV and event tech around town, messing around behind the decks and making memories and moments as a DJ, doing martial arts, and getting outdoors whenever I can. I bring a pretty relaxed, open-minded vibe to our chat, and my main goal is to make sure you feel heard, supported, and a little less alone.
