Bio

Hello shooting stars. I am someone who likes to listen to 1 member at a time and really take my time to get to know them and their situation because I want to treat them with respect and dignity by being attentive and present. Having access to an empathetic and nonjudgemental listener is hard to find and I hope I can make that less of a challenge for those who may not have a that type of support or cannot afford it. I am a Big fan of the solution-focused approach and will be using it during our conversations/sessions. I offer helpful resources and tools to ensure you are self-sufficient and able to make self-determined choices.
