Yet another 'do I have an eating disorder' thread

...See more So I've had pretty disordered eating habits for over a year. I've done every eating disorder test I can find online and they all say 'at risk' or 'very likely' but I'm now at a healthy weight so I've been afraid to ask for help since I've heard so much about how it's difficult to get professional help at a healthy weight. I also don't really fit a diagnosis since I've gone through periods of restricting, bingeing and purging. IAny tips on how to know if it's just a phase of disordered eating or an actual eating disorder?
