Hi! I'm glad you've reached out and found me here on 7 cups of tea. I am a BSW and a trained active listener. I have overcome and been through many things in my life and hope to help you with the knowledge and experiences I have gained. I enjoy running, camping, reading and cuddling with our dog and family. The areas I am available are break ups,anxiety, depression, eating disorders, family stress, panic attacks, self harm, traumatic experiences, bullying , managing emotions. I have always had a love and passion for helping others and caring for those who need someone to listen to them and help them through struggles in their lives.
