...See more Hello, I'm looking for some help with anxiety. I'm on very low dose meds and I'm under extreme stress right now. Looking into alternative meds to calm my anxiety. Does anyone have experience with using CBD oils or sprays to calm their anxiety? What's the best combination (thc/cbc) and strength? TIA Tara
