Please read the following before booking me. Hi, I'm beyondthis and I became a listener because I want to help people. In my own life I've seen firsthand how nice it is to have someone just sit and listen to you. Before reaching out here is some more information.

 - I often time forget to change my status to online, please feel free to reach out and leave a message no matter what and I will get back ASAP.

 - I am happy to discuss a wide variety of issues but I understand if you want a listener who has direct lived experience. I myself have struggled with depression, anxiety and poor self image/ disordered eatingb.
