So, let's take a deep breath in through your nose... hold it... and exhale from your mouth!
The incessant ups and downs seem to be inevitable. Amidst this, we must try our best to practice self-love and care. Who knows... perhaps, we might see a sliver of magic?
Most of the times, we get through bad days. But, we would appreciate if someone could be there to support us or to simply sit beside us to listen. Need that someone? Here I am! I'm here to help anyone suppressed by stress, anguish or agony. I can guarantee to be there to simply listen. Feel free to rant, vent it all out. I'm all ears.
