...See more Sorry if I shouldn’t be asking this here and sorry if this is too much but do you guys ever get so angry with the way people treat you do you kind of want to end everything to teach them a lesson? I always encounter people who treat me badly and I’m sick of people being able to do that. This is work colleagues so I can’t put them in their place

...See more Sorry I hope this is ok but I just needed to put in words what's going on with me and how I feel right now! I've just started a new job. I left an amazing job in November and started a new one, I was bullied and put down and found out I was about to be sacked (I had no idea why!) Fortunately I had secured a new job. I like the job but the boss is quite critical and rude. The other people are lovely. I had depression a couple of years ago and had been much better before all this but this morning I woke up after a strange and emotional dream feeling incredibly blue. I'm still on the same medication i have been since my diagnosis back then. I feel lost and emotional and lonely in my new job (I miss my old one so much!) I'm also so anxious to go in tomorrow and I don't know why. I also have chronic fatigue syndrome and my headaches are dreadful right now. I just wanted to write down how I'm feeling and maybe have an understanding audience 😊 Hope you are all well! Becca
