...See more Hi sir/madam I am currently working in a job for last 3 years which is nearer to my hometown and here in current city it's like homecity....i have many distant relatives and friends here, my own brother also works in the same company but in a different role(HR),my job role is little bit hectic, work culture and environment is not good(mining industry). Sometimes it is quite hectic and irritates me as well. Recently I had applied for another job and got offer letter from that, this company also pays same in terms of monitory benefits, but this company has good work culture and work environment but problem with this come which I feel is that i may be posted anywhere within India and there is compulsory transfer after each 5-6 years on all india basis. Though parents don't say directly but they at heart they don't want me to leave the company as family wise we can all remain connected here. Sometimes I feel I should leave this company for better work Culture and work environment and sometimes I feel I may regret latter as I will away from my hometown, family, and relatives, I fear I may feel lonely after some months in the different job and become a guest for my own family. The new job is of banking role, I don't know what kind of job challenges it may have.... I am unable to decide what to do whether to switch job or not?
