Hello! I am so glad that you have found me here on 7 Cups. Like many people I have found that a listening ear can make a huge difference. Along with being a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and confidant to many I feel that connecting with others helps with stress, doubt and fears. I suffer from anxiety, depression and panic attacks and control them through a number of ways. Self-Care and Self-Love is necessary and I encourage everyone to practice them regularly.
