...See more I've recently been dianosed with bipolar disorder type 2 with rapid cycling after having my children and realizing the way my mind works isn't correct. My husband is amazing in trying to help as much as possible but I tend to still have a hard time explaining the way my mind works. Im 26 and am a mother of 2 year old and 5 month old who I stay at home with. I've searched online to find other parents who have bipolar disorder but I have yet to find them. Im trying to learn to understand my triggers and how to cope with my highs and lows and how to deal with all the irritablity. I'm hoping to meet other parents or people with bipolar in general to help me understand my mental illness better. Thanks!
