Super chill with tough issues.

I was comfortable telling them stuff. I think it was really helpful

Very helpful. It can be easy to get stuck in a loop when you're isolated much of the time

They asked a lot of questions but just tried to see the full picture

She did amazing, she helped me untangle my thoughts. Like I felt a little less burdened by how I felt. Could focus into one complete thought when I talked it out with her.
