Welcome! I am a female African-American graduate student studying counseling. I enjoy working with cognitive/behavioral issues of depression, low self-esteem, and relationships for adolescents and adult women. I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 32 in 2001. I have studied and personally experienced the trials and triumphs of living life with a terminal illness diagnosis,. I rise up each day with positive thoughts to encourage others to overcome abuse, diversity, negativity, and self-criticism that holds back the chance to live free in peace.
