Hello,
My name is Roxana and I am a psychology student living in Australia. I'd like to get hands on experience in therapy as this is an area i'd like to work in in the future. I have lot's of friends and family who suffer from mental health issues and would like to gain more insight and specialized training in tools and ways to cope with mental health issues. I am interested in learning about different techniques such as CBT therapy, EMDR and mindfulness based therapies.
