...See more Does anyone else's friends and family blame your mental health for everything? No matter what everything comes back to me having eupd, depression and anxiety. I mean I'll ask my boyfriend to do something for weeks before it gets done but by that point I'm having ago at him for not doing it basically straight away this can be from washing up to picking up my meds.....it takes me weeks before I blow and by this time it's a good few things I'm pissed about but he always blames it on my mental health. I lose my shit cry and it's because of my mental health so he says (not in them exact words but along the lines). My family are the same. It's like everything in my life is now down to something I have rather then myself. I can't stand it. I can't have normal feelings without everyone making out that my feelings and opinions are controlled by mental health and mean nothing. I don't even know if this will make sense to others, I'm new to 7 cups and just needed to left off some steam.
