Depression based on injuries

...See more It's been 6 months since I got an elbow injury (golfer's elbow) and I'm still not feeling any better. It was based on over use on basketball but it has not gotten any better. It's not even that bad but it prevented me from doing workouts and playing basketball consistently and made me become even lazier than I ever was before. I can't tell if it's stress from the mind or if the injury is still there. It's confusing the fk outta me.
