...See more Hello everyone! I'm very new to this and was just looking for some people who may share my experience. I'm going to ramble here, I went on a medication called zoloft around 12 weeks ago, 4 weeks in I started feeling like I was in a dream like state so I stopped taking it, for around 8 weeks now since I've stopped taking it I've been stuck in that state. Feeling like everything is off and weird and not being able to recognize myself at all, I feel like im watching my life through someone else's eyes. Needless to say I'm having endless anxiety and have hyperfixated on every little detail of this feeling. Anyway just wanted to see if anyone else has delt with this and what I can do to enjoy life again.
