Hello! I'm so glad you found me here on 7 Cups of Tea. I am a trained social worker and studying towards a diploma in clinical and advanced hypnotherapy. I like to support people struggling with all kinds of challenges and helping them realize and utilize their own inner strength. I enjoy music, hiking, traveling, reading and I love red shoes!
