Bio

I have always had a passion for helping others and being a shoulder to lean on. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Human Services with a minor in social work in 2020. Currently I work with youth and teens needing support in changing negative behaviors. I also have background in helping individuals who are struggling with self care, relationship issues, parent support, but am open to helping anywhere that I can. I am very non judgemental and welcome everyone the same.

...See more Good Afternoon. Today I am thankful for my family and the quality time I get to spend with them. Often times we wake up and think ugh another day, just 15 more minutes of sleep, or do I have to work today?! Training yourself to wake up and recognize one thing to be thankful for each day and start to greatly impact your mental health. So what are you thankful for today?
