...See more So I know things take time. I mean it's difficult when not to many people care about it. I am not happy with how I look or feel. I am tired of it. And I'm doing zumba strong and cutting back things I've eaten and drinking water more. The only hard part for me is I can't sleep much cause of past memories of people telling me I'm fat ugly and better off not breathing and trying to push self past that is hard.. Maybe I'm just overreacting or stressed. Idk
