HI. I might have only been on 7Cups for a relatively short amount of time but I have gotten an enormous amount of value out of it and wanted to put a bit back. I have been in professional life for nearly 30 years and have experienced a wide variety of work-based challenges. I enjoy everything from culture, travel, gardening and city life through to spending time with my friends and family.
I have had some experience in recent times with anxiety and stress and have, as I said, gotten a great deal of help from 7Cups and I hope you do too.
