I notice there's a huge time difference please note that my time zone is AST - Atlantic Standard Time, so that usually means that I'm available after your day has ended and you have time for yourself after work/hard day.
(I'm a mom of two kids under 10, I have experience in all that I have listed, so I am able to relate with how you feel, I feel more quiet and open to listening to someone. I might be able to offer advices, but I will always finish with "if you feel you need more help, you can reach out to a specialist" Again, I'm just here to listen almost every day of the Week but I am unavailable on Weekends))
