What if it's not only social anxiety?

...See more Hey,I have social anxiety and ADHD,I constantly need to vent but I also feel terrible when venting, which is why I decided to enter 7 cups. I really feel like I have more than just social anxiety, but I don't know how to bring it up to my psychologist without feeling like I'm wasting time. I constantly feel bad and horrible for being human, when I was younger I would even avoid going to the bathroom at school because I would feel soo guilty in case the janitor was about to clean/just cleaned the bathroom. I constantly feel like my thoughts have thoughts of themselves and it's overwhelming,it's like I'm around a detective [trying to point out that someone was indeed not liking my presence despite all the clues],a phsycologist [emotional intelligence trying to decipher what I'm feeling and what is causing what but just making everything more confusing] and a philosopher [constantly asking "does it matter" "am I a good person" and moral things.] It's exhausting,it's too loud,I'm constantly critizing myself,I often regret whenever I express anything becauce my mind cannot trust me to express anything,it's like someone is constantly saying "are you sure? are you sure? are you sure?" whenever I feel anything. So,with all this,I feel like I might have AVPD,not just because of this, but because of ALOT of more stuff that I have been looking into, reading and documenting, and I want to bring it to my phsycologist for guidance and help, but I don't know how to do it. I genuinely don't know what to do anymore,I just want someone to give me advice or tips to how to organize a thought process for me to explain to an adult cuz I feel like I have alot of difficulty to get my point across without alot of babbling and feeling terrible for "wasting time". All I want is answers, not to be diagnosed, just help, guidance, something to grasp in the dark, you know? Thank you for reading. <3
