Hello there! I have lived most of my life with eating disorder, anxiety and self esteem issues only to realise that life gets better. I survived, and so can you! My experiences have shaped me to become more empathetic than I would have otherwise been. Here to do my bit and provide non judgemental, safe space to anyone struggling.
