Bio
My name is Sarah, and I am completely inexperienced in talking to people about my feelings and I hate how weak it makes me feel.
I like myself, which I'm very thankful for since so many people struggle with self hatred. I'm a woman of many talents, including singing, drawing, cooking, programming, makeup, gaming, and gardening.
I suffer from severe anxiety, which can involve anything from random anxiety attacks to long term irrational fears and worries. I hate it when people show concern for me and I don't really know why, I just wish I was ok and I don't like being reminded about how obvious it is that I'm not.
I was raised by two very strong individuals as my parents. I love them both, but my mother tends to overreact frequently and is overly emotional, whereas my father (who I take after) is very shut off and very depressed and it's always been this way for as long as I know. I was never shown how to talk to others or how to be open. I was always expected to suck it up and stay strong. I don't know how to unlearn this.
