Hello everyone, Chris here:)
How're you all today?
I'm glad you found me here on 7 Cups.
I'm a trained active listener and i have experience with supporting people struggling with depression, anxiety, adhd, bulying, breakups, relationship issues, college life, stress, family issues, and a lot more other things. In my life, i have been through a lot of the above problems. A few of those were me suffering with Chronic depression , insomnia, frequent anxiety and panic attacks, loneliness, isolation, emotional block, emotional numbness, self harm, weight management, suicidal tendencies and night terrors.
It took a long while, but thanks to alot of people in my life i got through it all. With all that experience, i worked as a volunteer at a suicide hotline and gained a lot more experience in terms of how to help others deal with their issues and work things out.
I'm here on 7cups for the same reason, to help people, as much as i can, to deal with their issues, whatever they may be. From having experienced a lot of those issues in life, i know how hard it is to wake up every morning feeling horrible. And if i can do even a little to help anyone feel better i'd do it.
So, feel free to message me any time, and if i'm not online, i'll reply to your messages as soon as i get back online!

An incredibly patient and kind person.

This listener was kind and patient when I had an emergency situation come up. They didn't overstep their bounds while I was on the phone to find out how to treat a physical health emergency and they kindly allowed me to vent while I was waiting and then stayed with me after when I needed to monitor myself.
