...See more My husband and I have been struggling in our relationship for a while. It got to the point where he was so depressed and unhappy that I caught him talking to other women on a Tinder in November...instead of trying to rectify his mistake, though, he simply asked for a divorce. We went to counseling and had a few huge fights, but I thought we were working through it. However, I recently found out he has been in constant communication with a girl he had met in his online gaming community. They were staying up until 3am voice chatting, texting throughout the day, exchanging pictures, etc. When I confronted him and said it made me uncomfortable, he told me it meant nothing and that he was done with my craziness...and then he kicked me out. After 2 weeks of persuasion, I managed to get him to let me move back in. We are trying something I read about where the spouse who wants the divorce is given complete control of the relationship for a set period of time — basically, he has to initiate all interactions between us. Its supposed to show the spouse who wants out that the spouse who wants to stay married can give them the freedom they crave without actually getting divorced. However, I overheard him the other night talking to that girl again about him cheating on me, as well as more sexually suggestive conversations. I dont know what to do because he is actually treating me better, but I feel like its just a ploy to get me to leave quietly.
