...See more Recently Ive noticed that Im never hungry, I eat my dinner and thats it. My main issue is I have this voice in my head that always tells me not to eat or that what I eat will affect my weight in a negative way. Today was the worst I didnt eat all day until about midnight when my boyfriend convinced me that I really needed to eat something. Obviously that voice was telling me awful things about myself and I also self harm so it would tell me to choose no food or self harm it was awful and I still feel guilty for eating. Its never been this bad for me before and Im scared itll happen more often but Im not sure if this is an eating disorder.
