CaitlinRose is an awesome person :). They listened really well and asked questions to better understand the situation I was in. Based from what I told them, they gave me relevant advice and resources to help me. I felt safe and comfortable with them, especially after they told me they understood what gender identity was. I'm glad i got to talk with them today!
She was lovely to speak with. She offered empathy and understanding first and offered brief but helpful advice second.
