Bio
I'm a National Board of Health and Wellness Coach-in-training and aspiring therapist who is looking to gain some real world experience helping people directly. I love to listen to people talk about themselves, especially about deeper topics and issues that weigh on their mind. I desire to create a safe space that allows others to process their emotions and return to a sense of well-being.
I have struggled with depression, anxiety, and addiction throughout my life but have made great strides in adjusting my coping strategies and moving forward with my life. I wish to give back some of the skills that have helped me in hopes others can find their way too.
I'm also proud to say I have lost over 100lbs in 2 years throughout this journey and am more than willing to provide a space for body image and weight issues, having gone through them myself.
