Hello! I’m glad you found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I’m a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with navigating their emotions and help them find ways to find a calm state where they can start feeling like themselves again. I enjoy teaching/advising, coffee, reading historical fiction and biographies, practicing yoga, and taking care of my young daughters.
