...See more Does anyone go through long periods of dissociating? I've been feeling like nothing is real for a week or two and it's getting bad. I'll be hit with a holy shit is this real moment when I'm driving and it causes me to zone out. I don't know what to do to stop or ease this feeling. Help!!
