Hello, Nice to meet you! My name is Calming Embrace, you can call me Em! 

I selected this name because many people have told me my presence is calming. Through some very difficult life circumstances (some of which are long term) I have learned some times, the most helpful thing anyone can do is just be in the same room with a safe person. 

To be completely honest, I am here to learn how to just listen better I have learned somewhat by being there for my family when we had no one but each other. I want to be a better support for them & my friends.

I am also here to give back to this community when I can. I have not been here long, but I have found some amazing supporters, who continue to support with compassion & kindness even in the face of their own struggles.
