My name is Cam (she/he/they), an autistic, genderfluid person of color who lives with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and chronic pain. I am currently in school and on my way to becoming a mental health professional. I love to sew and hang out with my cat, Ginger, and I hope to provide meaningful support here on 7 Cups!
