Where to start?

...See more Im not sure if this is where I'd post this but I suppose it would be here? But heya. I have a lot of medical and mental issues, tramas, and Im lgbt+ so I got a lot going on and Im not sure where to start. Ive seen a few therapists irl. At least one who gave up on me. two labeled me as non-compliant because I wouldnt do a blood test. (I wanted to and told them I want to, but I need to work on my needle phobia which no one will work with me on.) My current one, I recently found out, while not anti lgbt+, isnt exactly supportive either. She also, sorta gave up on me as she doesnt know how to work with executive dysfunction. So like, where do I start? How do I find someone to talk to that can help with these issues? Do I just have to much going on for one therapist? Please help
