I feel as if my mood stabilizers and antipsychotics are making me feel emotionally numb.

...See more I've been on various meds, almost every one you can think of. I recently started this new set, and the mood swings are still there, although not as severe (I dont have highs in my mood swings, it's either low or low low) but I have notive I've become numb to everything. I feel as if I cant physically feel happiness or appreciate it. When my girlfriend tells me she loves me and is compassionate...I l know she means it, but I cant feel it. I do love her and plan on marrying her... I have a trip coming up with her and I'm not that excited. Im already sad knowing after the days we're together she'll have to leave. I cant even focus on the days we do get to spend together....any way, that's my problem. Im numb to her love. Numb to happiness. Is this because of the mood stabilizers? Will it always be like this? I'm looking for guidance.... Thanks in advance
