I have lived with GAD, depression, grief throughout my life. I am LGBTQ2S (She/Her, They/Them), trans ally, pineapple support friendly, First Nations/Indigenous ally (Canada), older persons aware. I hope I can help with whatever you are facing, no matter how you identify, or whatever you may be facing....anxiety, depression, loneliness, LGBTQ2S, alcohol issues, work /career issues, general mental health, etc., in a supportive environment. I am here to listen & help you through whatever you may be experiencing.
