My mental faculties are kind of askew right now, but when I wasn't severely anxious, I liked to watch movies and sing along to YouTube videos and write fanfiction (Angel Beats in particular). Metropolismania, Pokemon, and Sonic are favored games. I miss playing The Sims! I'm really hoping to beat GAD and health anxiety.

...See more Sometimes getting in the car and driving to the library, or Kroger, or any familiar spot helps me feel a little better. I'm going to see what I can find at Kroger, but do you guys have any suggestions for later ventures? Great-tasting foods that are good for anxiety? Stuffed animals? What do you think would help? For those of you who haven't seen my posts, my particular brand of anxiety is health anxiety. I just got a call from the gastroenterology place and set up an appointment for May 7th, which doesn't seem horribly far away. But in the meantime, what things would you recommend I treat myself to? In order to breathe and eat easy? Thanks so much!
