Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with anything. I enjoy lots of different activities reading, dancing, yoga, karate and I'll pretty much give anything a go. I have had many different experiences in life and it's shaped me as to who I am today it takes a lot of hard work and managing life step by step but it's led me to be a very empathetic, understanding person and given me the drive to help people. I understand how difficult it is to take the first step to talk to someone and I want to emphasise that this experience is about you and taking it at a pace you are comfortable with.
