Back to work post lockdown has caused an anxiety attack

...See more Hi everyone, I spent all of lockdown working from home and was so happy with my life. I'm back to work this week and I can't cope with being in the office and have gone on half and half for now but it still feel like a lot to try and cope with. I get terrible panic when I'm in the office. Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone want to talk? Thanks all, Cassie.
