Hi! My name is Jessie. I think it's important to live in a world where we can rely on each other. I am 15, female, kind, hopeful, bi, Jewish, Cuban, pizza-loving, hard-working, and animal-loving. I am really passionate about helping those who struggle with PTSD (or issues relating to emotional or physical trauma), LGBT, mental disabilities, and love life issues. ...See more Last year, I was forced to get over someone. It was not a simple process. It was very difficult. Well, yesterday I realized that when I talked to that person less, it really hurt them. I stopped talking to them, because it was too dificult, but it hurt them more. If I had known how much they missed my friendship, I would have never shut them out

...See more I know this is super random, but I am happy that I truly try to do the right thing. I do not pick on others. I am a good friend. I work hard at school. Sometimes I feel like things are falling apart, but at least I can rely on my moral compass.

...See more I heard that there are four reponses to trauma. Tell me what you think/if you have felt any of these. 1. Fight- feeling angry. feeling the urge to fight others. Being more impulsive and sarcastic. 2. Flight- feeling like you have to run away. Being antsy. hyperactive and restless behavior 3. Freeze- feeling frozen, not feeling anything really intense, acting like a robot 4. Faint- not being connected to reality, sleeping much more, not talking or listening ver much, unable to move Have any of you experienced these feelings? Which one/s?
