I like to talk to people struggling and try and help them from struggling anymore than they have to. I believe a shoulder to cry on/someone to really listen or talk to really helps when it comes to depression. Sharing your emotions can calm you down and put things into perspective. I suffer from chronic depression & anxiety disorder (plus type 1 diabetes and frontal lobe epilepsy) myself so i like to think i can somewhat understand a little better what depression feels like, although i know it's different for everybody. I'd love the opportunity to help you.
