...See more Hi everyone. I’m new to this app and this will be the first post I have ever made. I’ve just recently been dealing with some health issues, which cause me to have anxiety and I tend to freak out. I’m better now, but my subconscious mind keeps telling me that something is wrong. I worry about problems that I don’t actually have, which causes me to have panic attacks. I just feel so weird going out in public or being home alone for fear of it happening again.
