Ccali was amazing. She was the first of four 'listeners' that actually made a difference in how I feel. Unfortunately she had to go to class. She said she would transfer me to another person but that never happened. I don't blame her, since i'm sure it was a mistake. She was a great supporter though.

She is one of the really rare listeners that really listen, understand and provide solutions/better options when someone is really lost and down and out. She's a fantastic listener. I was feeling down in the dumps after a rough day but all it took was an hour or so of chatting about fun things and I was already feeling better. She's very good at finding a way to put a positive spin on the negatives, which is definitely what I needed.
Absolutely loved her. It's rare you find a listener that is on my level and cares about relating to me and understanding my situation before saying anything decisive. Just such a solid friend, I wish there were more people in the world like her
