...See more The wait worths the place  when two souls understand the weight of longing and leaving  both know things they can't give  i was feeling light  i was feeling sad  i was feeling right  and maybe you are the reason  Sunburned by our fights  Drowned by our tears  Turned off by our life  And saved by our fears Happiness never waited for And I could have never wished for more  The darkness flew under the bed once more  And maybe you are the reason

The garden of broken things
Poetry / by CecileBrieur74

...See more The thorns of the roses pruned each day, for every rose, for every minute, claw at scaled and wounded hands, they reflect nothing but a soul in need of care. Like the plants and the flowers, the gardener, too, is thirsty. He waits for the water because you are not here. He cannot stop his shears,  severing every bud before it blooms for how can he let them grow  when his heart is too restless to watch?  His feet remain rooted in the soil, for fear of missing you again, and again, and again. The garden overflows with roses and tulips, but already  the weeds  of impatience  and frustration  pierce the surface. Come quickly  before they wither, before the thorns rot in the waiting for your laughter. my draft :  les épines des roses taillées chaque jour, pour chaque rose et chaque minutes, les mains écaillées et blessées ne reflète qu'une personnalité nécessiteuse de soin. telles les plantes et les fleurs, le jardinier a besoin d'eau pour s'abreuver. il patiente que l'eau coule enfin car tu n'es plus là. ses pieds restent enracinés dans la terre de peur de te manquer, encore et encore et encore le jardin est rempli de roses et de tulipe, mais les mauvaises herbes de l'impatience et la frustration commencent à sortir, viens vite avant qu'elles ne fanent que les épines pourrissent en attendant ton rire.

📍Virtual crush, virtual crash out and dopamine shot!
General Support / by CecileBrieur74

...See more (2hours thoughts and researches) we always hear about YTshorts, *** or *** reels dopamine release, activating by one simple look, brains parts and hormones that are very satisfying for the human body. But before it became virtual and massive, did you know dopamine release is a very natural and human thing ? * did you know the same brain part can be activated by just talking to someone ? * or seeing a baby crying ? * or receiving a simple gift ? well i'll explain it to you 💗 The old school dopamine 🤤──★ ˙🍓 ̟ !! * Way before endless scrolling and tech gadgets took over, your personality was already setting the scene. * Dopamine was basically your brain’s way of saying, "Hey, this feels great for our mental state! let’s do it again!🤠🤠"  When you talk with someone, whether online or in reality, that feeling "click vibe connection" isn’t just some random "nice" thing! nope, mate! It’s release dopamine and oxytocin in your brain. Oxyting is the hormone your body is releasing in order to bond with the individual. Since humans are social individuals, back in the day, being a hermit was basically a DEATH synonym. yeah, our brains reward us for making friends, falling in love, and even tolerating family! * scientists say you get the dopamine yk that excitement part when talking online but almost zero oxytocin. This is why a virtual crush feels empty , with always an open door for imagination , it’s like a thrill but with no security. And can be emotional deadly for limerence victims.  A crying baby? Sure, that noise can makes you cry too and making you reconsider your life choices 🤣, but the payoff of soothing the little one and hearing them quiet down is like a jackpot of feel-good vibes. It’s body’s sneaky trick to make sure we don’t neglect these tiny lttle humans.🥺 it's exactly the same brain part release when gambling.  * You friend gives you a gift? this litteraly fires up our reward system because it’s basically a surprise bonus for our personal heart!!🥰 we feel necessary, useful and grateful.  * to go into details , soothing that baby or being the person giving that gift makes you a "leader" psychological type or a "provider" one. Your brain gives you hormonal shots for being useful to your peers and family. Virtual crash out!😱⊹ ࣪ ˖╰┈➤⌗.ᐟ *  you realize that your personality is being poured into a screen that doesn't actually need you. * That realization is what triggers the crash, the sudden dropout in perceived self-worth😥 * you feel useless, because the person doesn't give you the reward your body craves. * this could explain AI or chatbots addictions where the dopamine hits but the deepers hormones likes the oxyting never comes. * it happens too when chatting with someone online like any websites as well as 7cups for example, but it can be reddit, ***, ***, any platforms. * you feel like you could truly love this person but something is missing?🤥 thats the crash out mate!🤯──★ ˙🍓 ̟ !! * did you know? Social rejection and physical pain share the same neural pathways. * That virtual crush ghosting you or a flopping attempt😢 feels like a threat to your survival sanity!! * When virtual crush stop giving you that dopamine, the brain experiences hyperalgesia , * it's like a state where everything like noise, family, husband, wife, work, hobby, light, boring tasks, litteraly EVERYTHING THAT IS NOT RELATED TO THAT INDIVIDUAL feels physically irritating. * You aren't just sad, needy, clingy, "too emotionnal for other", no mate, your brain is in a state of emergency. he wants that behavioral drug. NOW. 🤔Whether it's a baby stopping crying or a slot machine hitting three cherries, your brain nucleus accumbens doesn't know the difference. And thats the key point! It just says " GIVE ME THAT FEELING BACK"😡 * Based on the big five personality system, those who score high neuroticism are essentially sucker dopamine hunter. * they hunt for the hormonal release in discussions, chats, online dating, in humor, and in being supportive, in everything. * But when they hunt in virtual world, they're hunting a shadow. Something that keeps changing and that is not always here ? and that’s why the crash out and that empty feeling is impossible to just not be here! sources :  * Seltzer, Ziegler, and Pollak 2010 studies about oxyting release online. * researches of Naomi Eisenberger about hyperalgesia ꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷ * i tried to introspect myself and recognize my tendencies. there's a pattern, yes, i'm not feeling too much, i feel less than i would and that makes me want to feel more 💌!! have a nice day beautiful !!( sorry for any writing mistakes)

...See more (my recent thoughts and researches) Modern psychology has worked to explain caracteristic differences using a well-known model called “the Big Five”, which was created by Robert McCrae and Paul Costa. This model outlines human personality through five broads, continuous dimensions: * Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism .  These dimensions don’t put people into strict boxes, instead, they look at stable tendencies that everyone has to different extents. Studies show that these traits tend to stay pretty consistent over time, and also can be seen in various cultures, and are shaped by both biological and environmental factors like John, Naumann & Soto explain in their researches named “ Paradigm shift to the integrative Big Five trait taxonomy”. Research involving twins and families has also pointed out a strong hereditary aspect to these traits, while still recognizing the impact of life experiences and social surroundings. In short, these traits can be genetics and can impact people around us but to a limited extent. So, in short, some folks are just naturally more caring and protective (High Agreeableness), while others are super expressive and charming (High Extraversion). Then there are those who feel emotions deeply (High Neuroticism), and some who are really disciplined and responsible (High Conscientiousness). We have to keep in mind that these traits aren’t just something we feel inside, they really affect the people around us. Studies in social psychology show that :  * people who are empathetic tend to inspire trust more easily, * those who are expressive grab more attention, * those who offer reassurance help build a strong emotional relationship. Basically, some personality traits can lead to predictable social outcomes. Attachment theory, created by John Bowlby, tells us that humans naturally look for sources of security, consistency, and emotional support, which makes certain types of people especially appealing . Albert Bandura also showed that we learn and grow by watching those we admire, which is a key way to understand why we imitate charismatic or idealized figures. In real life, though, this effect is mostly felt within a small group: family, friends, and work.  So what's the link with the medias ? In our daily lives, i say it again i know but, you can really see these dynamics in small groups like family, close friends, or coworkers. The relationships in these settings are straightforward, mutual, and rooted in genuine interactions. However, the media industry aims to artificially broaden these interactions. It doesn’t create these connections or personalities, but it steals them, boosts and spreads them widely, showcasing them to millions of people all at once. What works on a small, human scale in real life then becomes a global tool of attraction and seduction. And how is it a problem ? People don’t just randomly like certain traits. Personality psychology models, especially the Big Five, show that our own traits really shape what we look for in others. Whether we’re more empathetic, anxious, extroverted, conscientious, or open, we naturally find ourselves attracted to specific qualities in other people. This is a totally normal and human thing! We often seek out in others what helps balance our own emotional needs: stability when we feel anxious, expressiveness when we’re low on emotional energy, gentleness when we’re feeling insecure, and confidence when we’re doubting ourselves. It's really important to remember that these traits aren't just things we feel inside. They actually have a real and noticeable impact on the world around us, and that's the key thing to keep in mind: the impact. In real life, these things usually happen between a few people. You might admire a friend, feel comforted by someone kind because he is actually kind by nature, or look up to someone you find inspiring be he actually is. It’s natural, and it stays small. What the media industry and the K-pop industry does is take those same feelings, same traits and use them in order to link people to these idols an celebrity.  * Instead of one comforting person, millions of people see the same comforting traits that isn't genuine. * So something that normally works between a few humans is repeated on a worldwide level. * That’s how attraction and attachment become global, not because fans are “weak,” but because the media and kpop system steal normal human feelings and spreads them everywhere at once. and why this is problematic ? * It becomes problematic because these feelings are first of all completely faked and second of all those aren’t happening in a normal situation anymore. * In real life, when you admire someone or feel emotionally close to them, there’s balance. You can talk to them, disagree, grow apart, or move on. The relationship has limits. * In K-pop mostly, those same but faked feelings are pushed non-stop, but without real balance. * The idol can’t respond to you personally. * They can’t set boundaries with each fan. * They can’t adjust the relationship if it becomes unhealthy. But the emotions keep growing anyway. * So the brain keeps reacting as if there’s a real connection, while reality never catches up. That gap can cause : emotional dependence ,feeling overly attached to someone you don’t actually know, feeling hurt, jealous, or anxious over things you can’t control and difficulty separating admiration from personal identity. The problem? The problem is when normal human feelings are intentionally stole , then amplified, repeated everywhere, and never given a natural ending. This is the reason why media world and mostly kpop feel different, and why this calculated idol act like a 3 years old. * This can slowly become overwhelming, especially when the system benefits from keeping fans emotionally engaged for as long as possible. * This is also why K-pop fans can be 14 years old or 80 years old. Psychological traits don’t target an age group, they respond to behavioral needs that every human being is born with.  Needs like:  * security * recognition * connection * reassurance * or inspiration don’t disappear with age!! * They simply express themselves differently over time. When an industry builds characters around these universal demands, it naturally reaches people across generations. That’s why K-pop doesn’t rely on age-based marketing, but it relies on psychological alignment.
