...See more My most immediate goal is to seek professional counseling. I'm 21 years old and have struggled with depression for the majority of ly life. Ive never received a diagnosis. I'm currently struggling with intense feelings of self hatred on a daily basis which have made it hard for me to leave my house. Generally I don't leave unless I have to work. I really want to grow and be happy. I play video games and enjoy art and literature. I'm an aspiring vegan. I try to stay positive. I really don't know what I'm looking for here, im just reaching out anywhere i can right now because i really don't want to regret my life... Thank you for reading! .

...See more Because I've realized the real implications of our thoughts on our lives and today I repeated to myself that "I am beautiful" on my drive home from work. It felt so good after a minute that I didnt want to stop so I kept at it for a long time... I want to change! I can change!
