Hey guys and gals, welcome to your new breathing space to air all your worries, concerns and anything you wish to talk about. I can currently lend an ear to those who have depression, self harm, anixety, bullying and coping stress (especially school stress- I know that one quite well!). Please feel free to drop by any time and I will get back to you asap. Your concerns are my top priority and I wish to spread my knowledge to creating a better wellbeing for all.

Im a Uni student aspiring to become a clinical psychologist, but also have a passion for writing, my dog Frodo, chocolate, rock music and anime.

I take every problem very seriously, but most of all I treat each problem knowing that we are all human and all feel suffering and pain, so don't feel alone in your recovery :D
