...See more My friend had been reaching out to me do our daughter could have a play date. But with work and all I hadn't been able to fulfill her request . Finally , last week I took a few days off and decided to text her to see if she wanted to have a play date for the girls(it took her 1 while day to answer, she responded the next day) . She said "we are busy maybe some other time". I said "ok". Then I asked her (text)maybe you and I can go hiking. She replied until the next day and said "maybe some other time". I then realized she did not want to talk to or spend time with me at all. I felt hurt and did not respond. Since then her and I haven't spoken to eachother. She posts stuff on social media saying she doesn't need fake friends and bad vibes around her, saying that if people really cared for her they'd make time for her when she needs it. Something tell me she's directing those comments to me. Which I feel is unfair. She's really hurting me with her attitude. I have never done anything to hurt her feelings. And if I wasn't able to make it time for the girls to play the first time she asked, it was because of work and other things going on. I feel that as a mother and friend she should understand that things like this happen. But she has decided to cut me off and honestly , I am hurt by it but I'm choosing to protect my piece but I'm just not really good at it . I cry at night asking myself what I did to her and I get mad at myself because I shouldn't be feeling this way if I didn't do anything wrong. She's hurting me and that to me is so unfair .
